Position Details

Strategic Sourcing, comprising multiple departments, supports our enterprise-wide non-labor contract infrastructure. Skills Set

• Strategic thinkers who understand the impact of contracts on operations
• Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
• Skilled in gaining cooperation and closing deals with suppliers and partners
• Handles objections professionally and respectfully
• Analyzes complex categories to identify business solutions and improve performance
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, from requirements gathering to RFI, RFP, and contracting
• Develops KPIs and identifies savings opportunities to drive ESE advancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years of experience in Contract Management or related healthcare/corporate contracting roles
• 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Medical Surgical, Physician Specialty (Implantable Devices), Purchased Services, or IT sourcing

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 6 years of people management in a leadership role
• 5 years managing IT applications (if applicable)
• 3 years managing Physician Specialty Implantable Devices (if applicable)

Salary Range by Location
