Skills Set

• Strategic thinkers who understand the impact of contracts and how they support operations.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately.
• Skilled in gaining cooperation and closing deals with suppliers, business partners, and the larger REH team.
• Professional in handling objections and workload respectfully.
• Ability to analyze complex categories and identify business solutions to enhance performance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing processes, including requirements gathering, RFI, RFP, and contracting.
• Developing KPIs and executing savings opportunities to drive ESE advancement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 8 years of experience in Contract Management or related healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities.
• 5 years of Contract Management experience in Medical Surgical, Physician Specialty (Implantable Devices), Purchased Services, or IT sourcing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 6 years of people management experience in a leadership role.
• 5 years managing IT application knowledge or 3 years managing Physician Specialty Implantable Devices.

Salary Range by Location

Details vary by state and region, e.g., Alaska: Min $48.27 - Max $76.22, California: Min $50.32 - Max $89.13, etc.
