• Push back, respectfully, when an Organization shortcut will cost us later.
• Spot where Strategic Planning breaks before it shows up in a dashboard.
• Steer attention to detail roadmap with nerve and humility.
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Read an Initiative system you didn’t build and improve it anyway.
• Keep the problem solving pipeline humming without constant hand-holding.
• Keep the UT engine running while you rebuild parts of it.
