Job summary

Entergy seeks a Sr Contract Support Specialist to manage contract oversight from inception through close-out for plant projects. You will review terms, determine scope versus initial contract, and monitor milestones, payments, and accruals in a high-volume environment.

This role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance, and strong Excel and billing-system skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 6+ years of senior contract support experience.
• Experience with power plant projects and US energy sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration and accrual activities aligned with SOX.
• Assess work scope, milestones, and payments per contract terms.
• Prepare monthly accruals, fixed asset data, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance to resolve issues.
