Job summary

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) seeks an experienced Contract Manager/Estimator to lead our Rockville, MD office. This role oversees electrical and lighting projects for government and commercial clients, including estimating, procurement, and field operations.

The Division Coordinator supports scheduling, documentation, and project tracking. 5+ years in electrical management and a Master or Journeyman Electrician license are preferred to drive success and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical industry management or foreman experience.
• Commercial electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials, purchasing, and inventory.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and projects with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule field service technicians and oversee daily division operations.
• Prepare estimates, scopes of work, proposals, and change orders.
• Oversee material ordering and purchasing to ensure crews have needed materials.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing where appropriate.
• Maintain division inventory and monitor project profitability.
• Visit customers and jobsites to maintain relationships and perform quality checks.
