KAISER in Honolulu, HI seeks a Contract Information Management Analyst V to lead data abstraction, review complex provider data and contract configurations, and mentor teams. You will analyze contract terms, update configurations, and support operational readiness across systems.

Role requires advanced data analysis skills, leadership experience, and collaboration with internal/external partners to improve contract accuracy and provider satisfaction. On-site position in Honolulu.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience with provider data or provider contracting.
• Two years in a role requiring high-volume data entry.
• Four years of experience in data analysis.
• Minimum three years in a leadership role (with or without direct reports).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive healthcare data analysis or nine years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead data abstraction and reconciliation of complex provider and contract data.
• Oversee documentation of contract terms, configurations, and rates.
• Mentor others on provider and contract configuration spreadsheets.
• Perform advanced analyses to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract interpretation and readiness.
• Guide corrective actions from contract performance assessments.
