Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia seeks a Business Support Specialist Sr to perform diverse contract management and auditing duties for the Department of UP Managed Care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Healthcare contracting, auditing or contracting experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly audits of External Medical Directorship time documented and time billed per contract terms.
• Audit SOM contracts and manage contract logs; track changes and FMV analyses.
• Document and report clinician contracts and terminations; coordinate with Department Administrators on discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate monthly audit reports and research and analyze data patterns for budget and revenue.
• Support planning, organization, and coordination to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Handle termination processes for clinicians and assist with annual contract management tasks.
