Job summary

Peregrine Technologies in Washington, DC, is seeking a Contract Administrator to transform executed contracts into clear, coordinated action. You will review agreements, identify obligations, deadlines, and map requirements to business goals, driving post‑award administration with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, state and local governments strongly preferred.
• Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and customer relationship management software, Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Ability and comfort in administering legal agreements with customers and supporting onboarding processes.
• Experience utilizing direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles such as Cooperative Purchasing Agreements.
• Excellent executive-level written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review executed contracts to identify obligations and deadlines and map requirements to business goals.
• Drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers on amendments, notices, renewals, and post-award matters.
• Manage 300+ active contracts and orders, own critical renewal opportunities, and document milestones in Salesforce.
• Communicate options, trade-offs, and contract terms clearly to clients to enable informed decisions.
