Responsibilities

• Translate CI opportunities into validated financial results with governance and finance partnership.
• Develop and deliver CI training to build organizational capability across the company.
• Observe and coach CI facilitators, provide feedback, and credential performance.
• Travel to company facilities as needed to lead and facilitate initiatives.
