Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager II to lead COS initiatives across multiple plants and functions. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and COS expertise to design and execute solutions improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost while coaching project leaders and building organizational capability.

The role involves cross-functional leadership, risk management, and providing executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in CI, operating excellence, manufacturing, or related project leadership.
• Experience leading cross-site improvement initiatives across multiple plants, value streams, or functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional COS improvement initiatives across sites and value streams.
• Define project scope, milestones, budgets, governance, and success measures.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process redesign activities.
• Coach leaders and teams on COS principles, Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports with clear ownership and sustainment plans.
• Ensure improvements are sustained and transferable across locations.
