Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to produce publication-ready content under tight timelines.
• Experience translating technical information into clear, compelling communications for non-technical audiences.
• Strong AI acumen and the ability to apply AI tools to accelerate product development and improve workflows.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of employee communications technology, content management, digital signage, intranets, email platforms, collaboration tools, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Produce science or technical content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and multimedia channels.
• Translate complex research findings into compelling, accurate content across formats and reading levels.
• Interview and draw out subject matter experts to capture narratives and describe discoveries and contributions.
• Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate product development and enhance digital communications.
• Define and track measures of communications effectiveness such as engagement, content reuse, and campaign progress.
