Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Content Strategist to lead and refine our content strategy across channels. You will work with Marketing, Creative, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver compelling, accessible content that engages members, brokers, and providers.

You will translate strategy into print, video, social, and digital content while ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable impact on engagement and discoverability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or communications, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Lead Content Strategy: shape SCAN’s content strategy and align with organizational goals.
• Translate Strategy into Multi-Channel Content: adapt content for print, video, social, and digital channels.
• Create Audience-Centric Content: tailor content for members, brokers, providers, and industry leaders.
• Optimize for Discoverability: improve content visibility across digital platforms.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as the central point between Marketing, Creative, and other departments.
• Leverage Subject Matter Expertise: work with experts to craft clear, accessible content.
• Oversee Integrated Content Calendar: manage calendar to align with business goals and deadlines.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: ensure accessibility, regulatory and brand standards.
• Support Strategic Campaigns and Initiatives: collaborate to contribute to campaigns and initiatives.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: identify opportunities to improve content ecosystem.
