In this hybrid role, you will partner with subject matter experts, marketing, and agencies to deliver accurate, engaging content that aligns with brand standards and supports growth, brand reputation, and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, public relations, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related field.
• B2B experience in energy, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology a plus.
• Experience managing content across multiple digital channels; CMS and marketing automation proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise content strategy aligned with priorities, campaigns, and growth.
• Own editorial calendar and coordinate content across web, social, email, recruiting, events, and campaigns.
• Lead creation, editing, and publishing of digital content (website, blogs, case studies, thought leadership, emails, decks, videos).
• Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business units, and agencies to produce accurate, audience-focused content.
