Our team is dedicated to eliminating customer pain points, empowering our global user base via self-service and automation, and optimizing customer support interactions to create an effortless experience.
The Consumer Content team is a subteam of Customer Experience. The Consumer Content team supports all content strategy and creation efforts across the company to ensure that customers in every region are given the best customer experience. The Consumer Content team is responsible for driving content experiences designed to empower customers.
As a Senior Content Strategist, you will produce, manage, and optimize self-service content strategies and programs, focusing heavily on repeatable innovation and leading by example. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive improvements in key organizational metrics. Success in this role requires a keen interest in the crypto industry, exceptional writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex topics into easily understandable content.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range: $117,385 USD - $138,100 USD
