Qualifications

• 7+ years in social media strategy, content marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record building and scaling social programs for consumer brands.
• Experience in luxury/fine jewelry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social and content strategy across multiple platforms for Sarah O. and The Story We Wear.
• Develop platform-native storytelling frameworks aligning brand values with product narratives.
• Build and maintain a scalable, always-on content ecosystem alongside campaign activations.
• Define editorial voice, content pillars, and seasonal storytelling cadence.
• Oversee content formats including video, editorial, email storytelling, blog, UGC, and campaign content.
• Develop a content repurposing strategy to maximize asset value across channels.
• Ensure differentiation and clear connections between Sarah O. and The Story We Wear.
