Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in content policy, trust and safety, or regulatory compliance.
• Juris Doctor and bar membership in one state or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Track and interpret content policy legislation and advise on compliance strategies.
• Partner with product counsel and business teams to implement regulatory requirements.
• Develop scalable guidance, playbooks, and tools for content policies and compliance.
• Collaborate with policy, PR, and leadership to align on emerging issues.
