Job summary

Amazon’s Content Policy Legal Team seeks a talented attorney to advise on global content policy and online safety across Amazon’s products and services. The role tracks evolving legislation, advises on compliance strategies, and partners with product counsel and business teams to implement practical solutions.

You will work across jurisdictions, develop scalable guidance, and help balance risk with fast-moving business needs, drawing on experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze content policy and online safety legislation and assess impact on Amazon services.
• Partner with product counsel and business teams to implement regulatory requirements and policies.
• Advise on content policy compliance frameworks and develop scalable guidance and playbooks.
• Collaborate with public policy, PR, and business leadership on emerging trust and safety issues.
