Job summary

Icertis is hiring a Director, Solution Advisory – Healthcare to partner with Sales, uncover complex contracting challenges, and translate pain points into value-driven narratives and demos for payers, providers, and life sciences clients.

You will lead workshops, shape reference architectures, and publish thought leadership while collaborating with product, engineering, and services to drive successful implementations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of healthcare experience with contracting and revenue cycle knowledge.
  • Proven consultative selling and solution architecture in enterprise software.
  • Exceptional storytelling and ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR and related regulations.
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI.
  • Strong collaboration across sales, product, and services teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to identify and qualify high‑impact healthcare opportunities.
  • Conduct deep‑dive assessments of current contracting processes and pain points.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solution narratives linking capabilities to outcomes and value.
  • Create and present executive‑level demos and PoCs for payer, provider, and life‑sciences stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services to ensure solution alignment and implementation.
  • Drive development of reference architectures, use cases, and best‑practice guides for healthcare.
  • Publish whitepapers, webinars, and speak at industry events.
  • Measure and report on business impact including efficiency gains, compliance improvements, and risk reduction.
  • Mentor junior solution advisors and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare (payer, provider, or life sciences) with a strong understanding of contracting and revenue cycle processes.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and solution architecture in enterprise software.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, able to influence C‑level executives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI calculations.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams (sales, product, services).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for customer engagements and industry events.
  • Passion for innovation in contract lifecycle management and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Additional benefit if the individual also has spoken knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese.
Compensation

OTE: $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25)

Pay offered will vary based on job‑related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
