Dow Jones seeks a Senior Multimedia Editor / Content Manager to shape and produce high-quality thought leadership and commercial content across text, video, and visuals. This senior role owns the full lifecycle from planning to packaging for web and social, ensuring accuracy and brand voice.

The candidate will translate complex narratives, manage video and post-production, and coordinate across Intelligence and News audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in content production, editorial management, or multimedia journalism in a B2B, media, or agency environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a rigorous editorial sensibility, meticulous accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across all formats.
• Hands-on video production and post-production experience, including editing capability across long and short-form content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple content workstreams across web, social, and sales channels, optimizing for each audience and format.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial planning across Intelligence and News content pillars, defining themes, formats, and cadence in alignment with core business priorities.
• Produce and commission long-form and short-form content including reports, POVs, blogs, and executive briefings with contributors as needed.
• Extract and develop executive quotes, data insights, and thought leadership angles from research and product materials.
• Repurpose and package content for web, sales, and social distribution, ensuring each format is optimized for its channel and audience.
• Prioritize high-impact, reusable content that can be deployed across campaigns, sales conversations, and executive engagement.
