• Direct speaker management: outreach, scheduling, rehearsals, day-of support.

• Ability to distill priorities into clear narratives for executives.
• Strategic thinking with fast decision-making and new plan creation.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan from concept to final run-of-show for multiple events.
• Manage the Harvey Product Keynote end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Source and manage 30+ speakers per event and prep them for day-of support.
• Build trackers and playbooks to scale programming across editions.
• Curate the full agenda and speaker tracks aligned to goals.
• Maintain Harvey's speaker bench with notes on topics and relationships.
• Recruit customer speakers with Customer Engagement and Success.
• Partner with Production, Marketing, Creative, and Enablement for live execution.
• Analyze post-event data to inform future content strategy.
• Provide Leadership with organized progress updates and decisions.
