Meta Content Design seeks a seasoned Content Designer to craft clear, user-focused in-product language across platforms including mobile, desktop, AR/VR, and voice. You will shape product flows, naming, and content strategies, ensuring accessible language across international audiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, design, research, and data science, along with working with the internationalization team to maintain high language quality across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in UX writing.
• Examples of finished wireframes or design mocks used to drive decisions.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences.
• Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
• Experience with design systems and systems thinking.
• Proven ability to lead projects with minimal direction amidst ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Design or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, write, edit and test clear in-product language across Meta products and experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to define design system guidance and information architecture.
• Review code or create logic to personalize in-product language.
• Provide and solicit feedback with UX design peers to improve products.
• Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mocks using Figma.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, research, marketing and data science teams.
• Partner with internationalization to ensure quality language across languages.
• Shape product narratives and contribute to team direction and strategy.
• Identify and own cross-team projects independently.
