Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Content Designer to drive content design and strategy across our digital ecosystem. You will partner with product, design, research, engineering, and compliance to craft regulated healthcare content that is clear, usable, and scalable.

This remote role supports features from discovery to optimization, blending research, data insights, and strong writing to improve UI, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences. Travel to offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy with end-to-end ownership
• Strong writing and editing skills, able to simplify regulated information
• Experience conducting content audits, research, and data-informed strategies
• Solid information architecture understanding and findability, accessibility familiarity
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with measurable impact

Responsibilities

• Drive content design for features and journeys using research and analytics
• Translate insights into clear digital experiences across UI and multi-channel surfaces
• Plan and execute content across the product lifecycle including QA
• Structure content for usability and findability within information architecture
• Partner with product management, design, research, engineering, and compliance
• Apply guidelines and tools to ensure consistency and quality
• Drive optimization using analytics and testing to improve performance
