Emploive is seeking a senior content designer to own investing content voice, translating complex concepts like options, margin trading, predictions, and futures into clear, actionable experiences while maintaining depth and credibility.

You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers from the earliest stages to shape direction, use AI across the lifecycle, mentor peers, and help scale standards for consistent, high-quality customer experiences across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a closely related discipline at a senior or staff level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the content design voice for investing experiences, making complex concepts understandable without oversimplifying.
• Write, edit, and structure product content for first-time investors and experienced traders.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers from the earliest stages to shape product direction and user experiences.
• Influence product decisions through content strategy, user-centered thinking, research, and clear communication.
• Use AI throughout the product lifecycle to increase productivity and impact.
• Develop content standards, reusable patterns, templates, workflows, and guidelines for consistency.
