Job summary

AKQA, a leading creative agency, seeks a hands-on Senior Art Director / Content Creator to join our team in San Francisco. You will personally create social-first content from concept through to polished assets, shooting and editing on location and on‑set with a nimble, craft‑driven team.

You will bring a strong eye for composition, light and platform-native work, with the ability to shoot and edit your own material and collaborate across disciplines to elevate campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or social presence showing photo and video work you personally created, ideally social-first.
• Ability to shoot and edit end-to-end and deliver polished content.
• Strong sense of brand and ability to stay on-brand while feeling native to the internet.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content end-to-end from concept to final assets.
• Shoot and edit video to produce scroll-stopping content.
• Bring strong composition, lighting, and platform-native sensibilities to work.
• Collaborate with the broader creative team across advertising and concepting.
• Show up in person for shoots and client sessions on location.
