About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Content Creator with a performance creative mindset to help unlock new customer acquisition across paid and organic channels.
Reporting into the Director of Growth Marketing, this role will lead our content strategy and execution—crafting and curating the world of Trade across paid media, social platforms, our website, and more–fueling growth while maintaining brand integrity.
You’ll be the go-to creator of compelling, social-first content designed to stop thumbs and convert new customers. From shooting short-form UGC-style videos to ideating a new paid ad hook to writing scroll-stopping captions, you’ll bring Trade’s brand to life across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and more. This is a player-coach role: you’ll create content yourself while managing external creators and collaborators across our network of roasters, customers, internal team members (many former baristas!) and agency partners.
You’ll work closely with paid media, brand, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure content is trend-savvy, platform-optimized, and on-brand. If you love moving fast, making stuff, and shaping content that is disruptive, connects emotionally and drives results—you’ll thrive here.

Office Policy
While we operate in a hybrid-first environment, the office is open and available for all Monday through Friday. Team members are expected to spend at least three days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in-office each week.
