Job summary

Caltech seeks an Associate Director of Content and Communications to lead the Caltech Fund’s integrated content strategy across fundraising, stewardship, and donor engagement. You will oversee content across direct mail, email, web, social, SMS, and more, ensuring voice and brand consistency throughout all communications.

You will collaborate with campus partners and freelancers to translate fundraising priorities into compelling stories for donors, students, and the campus community, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years in communications or related fields with multi-channel experience.
• Experience leading integrated communications strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Interest in higher education development and nonprofit fundraising.

• Write, edit, and produce content for Annual Giving campaigns across print and digital channels.
• Develop and oversee multichannel content marketing and communications strategies.
