Job summary

Solink is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Brand to shape the narrative and lead a content engine that positions Solink as the category leader. You will own the category POV, educational thought leadership, and the speaker/influencer program, aligning with Sales and Marketing to drive demand.

This player-coach role requires building a narrative, developing a sustained content program, and leading a team plus freelancers to ship content on a predictable cadence across channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content/brand marketing or content strategy roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years direct people management or managing a mixed team of employees, freelancers, and agencies.
• Demonstrated ownership of a brand or category narrative, turning it into a sustained content program.
• Experience building or running a speaker, analyst, or influencer program.
• Strong editorial judgment and hands-on writing/editing ability; able to both set strategy and produce content.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Solink's category narrative and brand POV in partnership with Product Marketing and executives.
• Commission or produce thought leadership reports and benchmark studies to position Solink as category authority.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar across owned channels (blog, LinkedIn, newsletter) and executive channels (speaking, podcasts).
• Set quality standards across the content program.
• Run the speaker and influencer program end-to-end with speakers, partners, and sponsorships; manage external speakers.
