Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a senior scientist to lead chemical contaminant risk management across ingredients and finished products. You will define RMPS limits, guide cross-functional teams, and champion Quality by Design in the I2L process while advancing tools like the Next-GEN TIC contaminant database and SAP Recipe by Design Contaminant Tool.

You will monitor emerging risks, author global standards, and deliver training to markets, factories, SBUs, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in food science, toxicology or related field.
• Experience with contaminants like mycotoxins, heavy metals, PFAS.
• Familiarity with RMPS, HACCP, and QbD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define contaminant limits within RMPS and support SBUs on finished products.
• Lead risk assessments and cross-functional reviews for I2L projects.
• Maintain contaminant databases and drive risk mitigation initiatives.
• Develop global standards and training on chemical contaminants.
