The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) in Oklahoma City seeks a Senior Consumer Recovery Specialist to lead a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented team serving adults with mental health challenges. This full-time role offers leadership to direct care staff and opportunities to impact patient outcomes in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key duties include guiding teams, ensuring chart quality, and stepping in for direct care as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• DMHSAS Consumer Recovery Specialist certificate program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to direct care staff at OCCIC.
• Lead multidisciplinary team and ensure high standards of care.
• Perform chart audits to ensure quality of care.
• Fill direct care duties as needed to support operations.
