Qualifications

• Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the unit Mental Health Technicians as part of the treatment team to address strengths, goals and barriers to recovery.
• Monitor recovery progress toward treatment goals, perform de-escalation activities, participate in recovery, wellness and social skills groups, and develop and manage other group activities.
