Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in consumer protection or related regulatory matters.
• Experience advising on consumer financial services or product regulation.
• Familiarity with CFPB, FTC, CPSC, FDA, or state regulators.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on consumer protection laws and compliance across products and marketing.
• Guide interactions with federal and state regulators, inquiries, examinations, and investigations.
• Review marketing content, disclosures, terms, and product claims for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate consumer protection risks.
