A high-energy, customer-focused professional with strong communication is ideal for this role. The position offers a competitive base salary of $36,000 (hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and completes loan applications.
• Develops customer relationships and meets sales goals.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Closes loans and manages loan portfolios.
