Republic Finance is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist in West Monroe, LA to lead loan origination and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role includes completing loan applications, building relationships with customers, and supporting branch operations with a professional, positive demeanor. You will contribute to meeting sales targets while upholding company policies and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and meet sales goals for the branch.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks and support the team.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions regarding loan products.
• Close loans, assemble loan folders, and manage loan documentation.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
