Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit check, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products and processing.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and staff guidance.
• Close loans, assemble folders and manage loan portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
