Direct lemon-law experience is a plus; second-chair acceptable. The position is in-office in Irvine, with one hybrid day per week after a six-month probation, and a minimum annual billable requirement of 1,800 hours.

Qualifications

• California Bar admission in good standing required.

• Experience in consumer/warranty/products liability or employment litigation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, handle discovery and depositions.
