Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; eight to ten years related credit experience in banking/financial industry.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer credit scoring and underwriting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and administers all aspects of the Bank's centralized consumer lending process, including loan approvals up to $3,000,000.
• Directly supervises consumer underwriter associates and provides leadership and training.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Lending and regulatory requirements.
• Manages and trains residential mortgage underwriters for Private Banking Mortgages.
