You will oversee centralized underwriting up to $3,000,000 per relationship, coordinate loan packages, and ensure accurate documentation and timely closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 8–10 years of related credit experience in banking/financial industry required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites consumer loans and coordinates centralized underwriting up to $3,000,000.
• Supervises consumer underwriter staff and ensures efficient department operations.
• Develops and enforces lending policies and procedures to improve decisioning and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Lending and other regulatory requirements; provides reports for audits and examinations.
