Analog Devices, Inc. in San Jose, CA, seeks a Senior Field Technical Leader for Consumer Field Applications Engineering. You will lead a diverse FAEs team, translate customer priorities into action, and drive design wins across multiple disciplines.

The role requires a strong technical background in analog/digital design, extensive leadership experience, and willingness to travel up to 25% in the US. Based in the San Jose office, you will collaborate with Sales, BU, and Marketing to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
10+ years in product, design, technical marketing, field applications engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to travel up to 20%, primarily within the United States.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical advisor to Consumer Sales leadership, translating strategy into goals for the Applications team.
Synthesize customers’ System requirements, roadmaps, and design challenges to guide team investment.
Lead, coach, and develop FAEs and specialists across disciplines and geographies.
Define and scale best practices, operating mechanisms, and metrics balancing short-term execution with long-term objectives.
Build and sustain relationships with customer technical leaders and product lines.
