Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across business units.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and month-end journal entries for assigned product portfolios.
• Analyze product portfolio data to provide timely, accurate information.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting through validation and reconciliation.
• Process invoice payments from third parties and daily wires.
• Maintain controls and propose process improvements per policy.
• Coordinate daily/monthly workflow and support management with oversight and training.
• Support development and enhancement of accounting processes for new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support regulatory reporting.
