Job summary

CTP in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Manager – Management Consultant to lead end-to-end client engagements across Generative AI, MLOps, and digital transformation. Onsite 4 days a week, you will structure workstreams, set delivery objectives, and guide multi-disciplinary teams.

You will partner with Director- and VP-level stakeholders, run executive workshops, and deliver high-quality client-facing deliverables such as roadmaps and presentations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• 5+ years in management consulting or professional services.
• 2+ years leading consulting teams on complex engagements.
• Experience managing Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage scope changes and executive escalations.
• Experience delivering executive presentations and delivery roadmaps.
• Commercial acumen with ability to identify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements, from initial scoping through final handoff
• Structure engagements into clearly defined workstreams with owners, milestones, and delivery objectives
• Establish engagement governance, delivery roadmaps, and communication processes to maintain alignment and accountability
• Lead discovery, assessment, and executive workshops to understand client goals, organizational readiness, and strategic priorities
• Serve as a primary client relationship leader, building trusted relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical professionals, while maintaining accountability for delivery quality and outcomes
• Facilitate steering committees and executive discussions, aligning stakeholders on priorities, risks, and direction
• Navigate scope changes, difficult client conversations, and executive escalations while maintaining client confidence
• Develop high-quality consulting deliverables, including executive presentations, roadmaps, status reports, and strategic recommendations
• Support proposal development and new business pursuits through commercial framing, delivery strategy, and pricing input
• Contribute to consulting methodologies, delivery playbooks, and team development initiatives

What You'll Do As a Senior Manager – Management Consultant:

Qualifications:

You could be a great fit if you have:

• 8+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years in management consulting or professional services
• 2+ years of experience managing consulting teams on complex client engagements
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with accountability for outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction
• Proven experience managing relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
• Strong ability to manage scope changes, difficult conversations, and executive escalations
• Experience developing executive presentations, delivery roadmaps, status reports, and other client-facing deliverables
• Strong commercial acumen, including identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to proposals and pursuit efforts
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and communicate with C-suite stakeholders
• Strong understanding of consulting delivery, engagement management, and client relationship leadership

Preferred:

• Experience leading AI or digital transformation engagements at the program or portfolio level
• Experience with change management and business case development
• Familiarity with consulting and transformation methodologies such as McKinsey 7S, PROSCI, Agile, or SAFe
• Background in AgTech, Logistics, Financial Services, or Construction
• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution, or equivalent experience at a Tier 1/2 consulting firm
• Professional certifications in project delivery, change management, or leadership, such as PMP or PROSCI
