Job summary

Milliman Indianapolis office seeks an experienced actuarial candidate with strong expertise in individual life insurance. This consultant-level role offers significant advancement potential for the right person. You will lead multiple projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and travel as needed.

A strong actuarial background and FSA are required; programming experience is preferred. In-person weekly work at the Indianapolis office is expected, with flexible arrangements

Qualifications

• FSA designation and advanced actuarial experience required.
• 10–19 years of actuarial experience in life insurance.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple consulting projects with strong technical oversight.
• Pricing, modelling, ALM, cash flow testing, and GAAP valuation.
• Lead client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Travel required.
