Job summary

Gallagher in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Service/Account Management professional to build and deliver data-driven insights for clients. You will create custom reports and KPI dashboards in collaboration with client teams, and perform quantitative analyses to support risk management outcomes.

Required: Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience; strong SQL and Excel skills; travel limited to under 20%.

How you'll make an impact

• Action-Oriented Performance Monitoring:
  In collaboration with the client, and internal teams, develop custom reports / KPI dashboards which drive actionable insights
  Package insights from analyses into highly polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders and/or executive team
• Deep Dive / Root Cause Analysis:
  Conduct hypotheses driven, exhaustive analyses of metrics with material variance vs. historical trends and/or benchmarks
  Analyses will deliver targeted recommendations and actions
• Bespoke Analysis and Reporting:
  Expedited delivery (often same day) of reports and/or answers to ad-hoc questions
  Expert help with optimizing and configuring client’s risk management information system
• Impact on Outcomes:
  Close connection with both Gallagher Bassett Client Services and Claims Operation to translate analytical insights into actions that drive superior outcomes

About You

Required

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years professional experience with quantitative analysis.
• Less than 20% travel.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience with quantitative analysis
• Ability to use Intermediate to expert level skills in SQL and Excel to analyze and convert complex data into meaningful insights
