Responsibilities

1. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
2. Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
3. Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.
4. Develop and manage vendor relationships.
5. Lead workshops for client education.
6. Manage resources and budget on client projects.
7. Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
8. Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
9. Lead, mentor, counsel, and manage performance metrics of project staff.
10. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
11. Architect Workday Financials Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay solutions to ensure cohesion and cross-functional impact mitigation.
12. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
13. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
14. Provide status updates to the Project Manager and keep them informed of overall project status.
15. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
16. Ensure the client benefits from Workday best practices.
17. Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Minimum Requirements

• Workday Financials Partner Certification
• At least 4 years of consulting experience in a Lead or similar role
• At least 4 years of hands-on Workday Financials S2P/P2P experience
• At least 4 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if an Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple business processes (FDM, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.)
• Experience leading global or large-scale Workday engagements
• Experience with other cloud-based SaaS financial applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, etc.)
• Advanced degree in relevant field
