Job summary

Slalom, LLC in Seattle seeks a Senior Consultant to lead delivery technology projects across industries and ensure alignment with client goals and Slalom's standards. You will define scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You'll guide multi-workstream transformations, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in project management in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success delivering technology solutions across diverse industries with strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC).
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and project governance - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant is $110.000 to $120,000.

The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant is $120.000 to $153,000.

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
