Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business field (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Finance)
• Must live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated expertise in strategic consulting on commercial/public sector operating models, revenue, governance, business processes, and technology transformation

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of organizations' operations, structure, revenue, strategies, resources, and technology
• Provide consultative sessions with various stakeholders to drive transformation
• Perform research against best practices and identify gaps
• Design future state solutions
• Develop change and implementation plans
• Create roadmaps and customer journey maps
• Prepare and present reports
• Attend meetings in person in Maryland; most of the work is performed remotely
