Job summary

Matrix Design Group, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive business development and manage programs for diverse clients, including defense-related engagements.

You will coordinate contracts to meet timelines and budgets across local, regional, state, and federal levels, with opportunities to work from San Antonio or remotely. The ideal candidate has an engineering/ops/data science background and at least 10 years of experience, DoD exposure, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of work-related experience.
• Experience working with or for the Department of Defense.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and program/project execution for diverse clients.
• Plan, budget, schedule, and organize project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Engage with local, regional, state, and federal clients to align goals.
• Facilitate client meetings and present results; resolve issues.
• Drive process improvement and digital solutions through mapping and analysis.
