Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Specialty Piping Field Superintendent – Senior Consultant to lead on-site construction activities in Boise, ID. The role covers UHP gas, UPW, chemical distribution, and related systems from installation through testing and turnover.

The candidate must have 5+ years in high-purity piping projects, strong coordination skills, and proven leadership of subcontractors on fast-paced fab builds. On-site work is required with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty or process piping construction experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or other high-purity environments.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to work fully onsite in Boise, ID and pass pre-employment screening.
• Experience supervising multiple specialty piping subcontractors and craft employees.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, specialty piping subcontractors, tool install teams, and other discipline subcontractors.
• Oversee UHP gas, UPW, chemical, PCW, vacuum, and exhaust installations, including cleanroom fabrication and turnout documentation.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for client and architect review.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide status, risk, and mitigation updates to CBC leadership and the client.
