Job summary

Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on recruitment professional to own and grow a Toronto/GTA market. You will leverage existing client relationships and our delivery capabilities to build a robust, revenue-generating book of business.

You'll lead the full lifecycle from market mapping to placement, develop strong client and candidate networks, and consistently meet individual revenue and activity targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency staffing/recruitment experience in a 360 role.
• Proven success generating new client relationships and permanent job orders.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment capability, including sourcing passive talent and closing placements.
• Strong commercial instincts for prospecting, negotiating, and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Ability to build candidate networks and use talent strategically to create client conversations.
• Autonomous in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with revenue and activity targets.

This is a hands-on producer role for someone who wants the autonomy to build their own market while leveraging Wilson's existing client relationships, infrastructure and broader delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Build and own a Toronto/GTA market strategy, proactively developing new clients and generating permanent job orders through outbound business development, networking, referrals, market intelligence and candidate-led business development.
• Win new client relationships, lead intake conversations and grow existing accounts by identifying additional hiring managers and permanent hiring needs.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio, including market mapping, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview management, offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and nurture strong client and candidate networks, using talent and market intelligence to proactively create new opportunities.
• Own individual revenue, placement and activity targets while maintaining an accurate sales and recruitment pipeline and forecast.
• Develop deep expertise within your market and defined professional specializations, becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of agency staffing/recruitment experience, with proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role spanning both business development and recruitment delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of personally generating new client relationships and permanent job orders through proactive business development.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment capability, including sourcing passive talent, managing candidate processes and successfully closing placements.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to prospect, develop relationships, negotiate and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Ability to build candidate networks and use talent strategically to generate client conversations and placement opportunities.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with clear individual revenue and activity expectations.
