You will join a new type of creative digital consultancy that delivers measurable impact. As part of our Technology and Transformation practice, you will lead platform engineering in a DevOps/DevSecOps context, design and operate AWS serverless cloud platforms, and

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Platform Engineering within DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Hands-on experience delivering AWS serverless cloud platforms.
• Designing, building and operating serverless architectures with AWS components.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring and incident resolution in distributed systems.
• Cloud certifications and practical AWS expertise are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate large cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate in agile delivery teams with a DevOps focus.
• Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SQS and DynamoDB.
• Incorporate AI-assisted coding tools to optimise development workflows.

Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer - that’s important. • You have a deep understanding of Platform Engineering within the context of DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and possess hands-on experience in applying these concepts to deliver AWS serverless cloud platforms effectively.
• You have a strong grasp of the fundamental principles of CI/CD pipelines and how they can be leveraged to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• You have proven experience in designing, building, and operating serverless cloud architectures, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SQS and DynamoDB.
• You have experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to optimise development workflows and enable AI-orchestrated automated software delivery.
• You understand the core principles of observability and monitoring and how these can be used to achieve system operability and support incident resolution in a distributed AWS serverless architecture.
• You have experience building and running container environments (e.g. Kubernetes) and how to apply best practices (e.g. tagging, performance optimisation, vulnerability scanning).
• You are Cloud certified in one or more public cloud platform (e.g. AWS Solution Architect Associate, AWS Cloud Ops Engineer Associate).
• You have experience provisioning and managing database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Redis).
