• Support development and delivery of Flexible Workspace strategy across EMEA.
• Conduct market research, analysis and benchmarking to support engagements.
• Analyze client portfolios and workplace strategies; identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate input from multiple business lines for integrated solutions.
• Support development of new consulting services and go-to-market initiatives.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with pitches, proposals and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and generate revenue.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and budget considerations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market insights.
